We offer a flexible range of services and are often asked to help with pitches prior to client or agency confirmation. When creating your initial budget and schedule it can help to know the alternative strategies - we are able to give a concise estimate for location fees and other costs associated to each location.

• Between us, we have scouted or managed over 600 commercials
• We work to the APA commercials agreement but will negotiate fees for longer projects
• We have never failed to find workable locations within agreed schedule and budget
• We can compile for free (and prior to a job confirmation) “Portfolios” of locations on the web, for producers to show their director, agency and client.
• We can simply research/scout for a day or if required, production manage the entire shoot. Use us as much or as little as you need

Recently we were asked to scout for outdoor swimming pools for a swimwear shoot … in November. In one day, we put together 3 location budgets: the least expensive for indoor pools the UK, a mid range version in Andalucia & Majorca and a high end option for The Caribbean and Mexico. We posted 3 separate web “Portfolios”. The client was able to work out which best fitted their required look and budget, and chose the mid range option. They shot in Majorca and were lucky with the weather, but most importaly, they were able to clearly demonstrate 3 separate strategies to agency & client.
