Organising a stills location shoot, though generally less complicated than a major film production, can be just as demanding, and the cost of mistakes can be very high. The discipline is the same and attention to detail absolutely vital.

The Stills Producer organises not just the locations, but the budget, the schedule and all of the logistics vital to a successful shoot: Flights, accommodation, ground transportation, car transport, props, models, insurance etc, as well as handling the cash day-to-day. We usually use local specialists for casting.

If appropriate, we can also produce a comprehensive Call Sheet for everyone involved, ensuring that all the crew know exactly what will happen, in which location, in which order and when. We can provide detailed directions from base or hotel to all locations.
In short, we can either simply find and manage the location for you, or if required produce the whole shoot for the photographer or agent. Either way, we hope to relieve you of the maximum possible administrative headaches and leave you to get on with what you are good at.
